Simply pick your grade level. Most of these sets come with at least the core subjects and many have elective options also.
Core Subjects
English Language Arts
We teach our children decoding such as phonics, comprehension, handwriting, grammar, spelling, poetry, speech, literature and composition.
In high school literature and composition should both be included in English each year.
Mathematics
We teach our children math concepts such as colors, shapes, time, position, number recognition, counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percents, algebraic concepts, geometry, and other higher math.
Science
We discover, observe, describe and experiment with the world around us. Biology, Chemistry, and Physics are all branches of science.
We also study apologia and compare the evilutionist world view to the Creationist world view. Many science curriculum are also apologetic. If a curriculum is apologetic without the scientific application it is considered an elective and not a science course.
Social Studies
We study history, geography, people, culture, society, and government. We also include civics, constitution, politics, and economics although these credits are separate in high school or included with government and not counted as Social Studies credits.
Electives
Bible
Learning Scripture may be an integrated part of your curriculum, taught through out your day or on the Sabbath, or treated as a separate class. The choice is yours We have included curriculum and resources for you to choice from here. We encouraging you to search and discuss as a family what you learn regardless of what you believe now. The beauty of homeschooling is passing on or discovering your beliefs with your children.
The Arts
This is a wide subject that can include application of drawing, painting, sculpting, music instrument, voice, theater, crafting or any other creative outlet or medium. This also includes the study of or appreciation of the work of great artist and composers.
Foreign Language
Whether we dabble in a variety of languages or master the writing and tongue of one, learning a foreign language is good for the mind and useful in life. We can teach our young children basic vocabulary through stories and songs or aim to fluently learn a specific language with a curriculum in high school.
Other Electives
Electronics, Computer coding, Typing, and other fun skills.

After years of using different writing curriculum IEW is my top choice and what I would recommend to everyone with children from gifted to special needs. The lessons are so clear and comfortable for a student to follow. The new Structure and Style curriculum with DVD or streaming lessons makes it easy on the parent. IEW also offers parent led curriculum such as Reading; Themed-Based Writing including History, Bible, and Narnia; Poetry; Grammar; Spelling; and Speech along with excellent resources for the parent to effectively teach. It is used in Classical Conversations, an excellent writing program.

Moving Beyond the Page is a literature based secular program incorporating all subjects. I find it good for individual literature based book studies to incorporate into your homeschool plan.
Keep in mind this curriculum is from a secular view point. K-12
